2 Vintage Norway Norwegian Danish Oslo Ferry Ship Floaty Pens

One side reads: "OSLO RADHUSET" - the opposite side has Ferry ship floating in the harbor. Pen is in good shape, but does not write anymore. You will need a new refill. One blue and one black pen identical except color.  Black pen floaty works perfectly - blue pen floaty not very well unless you tap it.
You will need to add an ink cartridge to have them write - ink has dried up
Condition is Used. Shipped with USPS First Class Package.
