The item you are bidding on is The Godzilla 2021 Statue by Kotobukiya.  The item is NEW and still factory sealed in the plastic.  The color art box was opened for inspection only.  The statue was never removed from the plastic.  The statue is in excellent condition and so is the box.  The item in the photos is the actual item you will receive.
