New, never opened and complete with instructions.
This is a new and out of production Mirrorman Resin Model Kit released back in 1985, from the Mirrorman TV show. The same production company as Ultraman, Tsuburaya Productions.

The box has some minor wear. There's water damage to the side and top of the box. The staples that keep the box together has rusted.
