Our Medium Sized Drinking Horn has proven to be our biggest selling item in our entire range.
We have decided to expand this range by offering a wider variety of medium sized drinking horns by including a range of
decorated medium horns with either carved, burnt or brass decorations.
This is the
most popular
decorated horn in our range. It has a brass strip around the opening with Celtic style decoration and a special brass finial at the other end.
The Horn is about 13 inch – 14 inch long and has a capacity of about 250 -350 millilitres.
The horns have been boiled and cleaned thoroughly, waterproofed and then polished.
We have sealed the horn with food grade lacquer. So you can drink out of them straight away although we recommend a quick rinse with warm water before you use them for the first time.
Each horn comes with a blacksmith forged iron stand to allow it to be stood upright on a bench, table or on the ground.
Also cleaning your drinking horn with some form of natural oil occasionally will increase its life, Being a natural product the shape and colour will vary from item to item.
